Great product , even better customer service

I had the product in a hotel room while on a business trip and enjoyed the aroma of it . Ordered a gallon of the shampoo and the 9oz bottle but unfortunately received the 9oz bottle of body wash . I called customer service and within 3 days received the shampoo. They instructed that I keep the body as it was their mistake and now .... I’m hooked on the body wash!!

Excellent, as expected, with a special surprise

I originally tried this shampoo from a little sample bottle in some hotel where I was staying last year. I remember particularly liking the scent. I finally ordered this full-sized bottle and I still like the scent, but the concentration of shampoo was a welcome surprise. I can use a small amount of it and get lots of suds and squeaky-clean hair so that makes it a good value as well.

Extreme satisfied with this shampoo! The warm oak scent is perfect for my husband and the product leaves our hair smelling wonderful and we love that is natural which helps with the overall feel of our hair! Will certainly purchase again!

Magnificent sent!!!

Shout out to Origin at Red Rocks in Golden Colorado for for introducing Guild+Pepper Products. They have them in the rooms.

Although the sent is immaculate. The foaming action is lacking, It dissipates half way in washing my hair and constantly need to reapply. Feels like I need to rewash to feel my hair clean.

Also if the soap gets in the eye it burns and stings, haven't had that happen with other hair products in the market.

I use dove for men products, just as a comparison.

On a side note, if one likes the of smell warm oak try Frey laundry detergent in the cedarwood sent you wont be disappointed.
