Cruise HairI first used these hair products on board a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship. The Gilchrist & Soames products were part of the upgrade in toiletries that comes when staying in a Grand Suite with Royal Caribbean! And WOW... these products are truly Grand! The wind and humidity on board any cruise ship definitely wreaks havoc causing "frizzy" hair....thus coining the term "Cruise Hair"! It is very fitting of Royal to offer the Gilchrist & Soames, London Collection, on board! This shampoo and conditioner used together is the best defense for the "frizzies" that I have ever used.
I WENT HOME FROM MY CRUISE AND ORDERED IT ONLINE, RIGHT AWAY ! I discovered the same wonderful shine and manageability for my hair as experienced on board with Royal Caribbean! Not satisfiedI used this shampoo and conditioner at a resort I visited and loved. But when I bought it, I was disappointed. It doesn't condition my long hair or make it soft. When I brush out my hair after a shower when it's wet, my hair is so tangled and difficult to brush out. It makes my hair feel coarse even when I use a generous amount. Disappointed with this expensive purchase.

Best ever!!On our honeymoon in the Keys we had samples of these at Hawk's Cay Resort. My husband has been using this ever since (which has been 7 years now. He believes his hair looks & feels softer than anything else he has ever used. Well worth the $$.

FabulousI first used this product over 15 years ago at a Bed and Breakfast in Newport, RI. I brought the toiletry home with me and must have stored it away as I came across it recently and it still smelled fabulous. Ordered it a couple of weeks ago and was thrilled that the fragrance was still the same! My hair hasn’t looked this good ... in 15 years! I plan to use it from here on in. The packaging was beautiful and plan on buying it as a gift for my daughter. Guaranteed she will love it as much as I do!

Love the smellA friend had picked up the trial size shampoo and conditioner at a hotel. The smell cliched it, I had to buy my own. The box made it look elegant. I fill the small travel bottles so I can bring my shampoo and conditioner with me wherever I go. People alway comment on how nice my hair smells and ask what am I using.
