Extracts of ginkgo biloba and ginseng gently cleanse hair, making it perfect for daily use. The grapeseed oil found in Bathe can restore moisture to hair and scalp as it’s an emollient. It’s also a lighter oil, so won't weigh hair down.

  1. Really nice shampoo without silicones
    Used Essentiel Element products at a hotel while on an international trip and loved how my scalp and hair felt after use. It was a different line that had a rosemary and mint scent that smelled a little too medicinal for my taste, but looked into the product name and found Bathe scent in bergamot. Love this scent and the formula also does not contain silicone! The EU is ahead of the US in eliminating ingredients that are not good for our environment (the silicone washes into our oceans and doesn't breakdown eventually ending up in seafood, our drinking water, our agriculture and livestock).

    Albeit, I love the shampoo, I only received one of the four I ordered. When I contacted G&S the reason given was that a new shipper is being used.....they only send what they have and when they receive more product they'll send it.....No time frame given. I left a message on G&C voice mail just yesterday and am awaiting a return telephone call. We'll see. Fingers crossed that this gets resolved quickly.

    For some reason many shampoos make my scalp break out. On an international trip I got a small bottle of this shampoo at the hotel and loved it. It is fresh cleansing and does not cause my scalp to "pimple up". I love it. Gilchrest and Soames website was easy to use. Could not be happier.
